{Day 7}
New Year's Day was packed full of fun. Our adventures began bright and early in the morning. We had to leave our hotel at 7:00 sharp! {that was hard} We spent about 40 minutes driving to our destination, but it only seemed like a few minutes because of the breathtaking scenery.
We boarded the beautiful "Quicksilver" catamaran and were off to sea for the next 6 hours. That may seem long, but it felt short because we had such a good time.
We ate breakfast, snorkeled at Molokini with exotic fish, ate a wonderful BBQ lunch on board, snorkeled at Turtle town, and lastly, best part of the trip.... whale watching and Dolphin encounters in the middle of the ocean! I've never seen so many wild Dolphin in my life. There were literally hundreds of these beautiful creatures swimming all around our boat. Plus it was mating season for the whales, so we got an "up close and personal" view of about 10 male whales and 1 lucky female :)
The kids were mesmerized, Joe and I were stunned by the beauty of the ocean and all in all, we said good bye to the crew and left feeling pretty lucky to have spent the day at sea!

After no sun and the cold today, it was nice to visit your blog and be swept away to paradise, even just for a few minutes! :)
